Title: Seeker of Truth

Gender: Male

Age: 25

Sun Sign: Aries

Chinese Sign: Water Boar

Location: Oslo Norway

About Me:

I am rather introverted. I have a yellow, fluorescent sweater that I am very fond of, which I bought at the merchandise stand when the “Pet Shop Boys” performed in Oslo in April 2007. I enjoy travelling in general, but especially to Berlin. I work voluntarily in a Norwegian anarchist paper, called “Gateavisa”.

When I was eleven years old and saw the 25th anniversary documentary about Woodstock '69, I started crying, because I identified with the ideals and considered my own era to be boring and narrow-minded. I agree with Camille Paglia that the hippie era was a pagan explosion of direct action and Dionysian worship, the former meaning that they by-passed the absent-minded dialectics of state socialists and rather realized a larger degree of freedom and equality in their lives [my interpretation], and the latter meaning that they acknowledged and worshipped the ambiguity of nature as both life giver and life taker. Paglia argues that they should have related more to society, so that the radical scene would not have been so dominated by the abstract dialectics of Marxists, French theoreticians and so forth. I totally agree, and that is why I am so devoted to keeping the only Norwegian paper of the era, “Gateavisa”, alive and up to date!

Also, I have a job that pays the bills.
